Returns

We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and seals must remain intact.

• The product must not have been opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any item that has been opened.

• Any item that has been used, even if it was only used once.

• Products that are not in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact Centerline Pickleball Club with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns must be received in their original, unopened condition before a refund or exchange is processed.
