Returns
We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in new, unused condition.
All original packaging, tags, and seals must remain intact.
The product must not have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Any item that has been opened.
Any item that has been used, even if it was only used once.
Products that are not in their original, unopened condition.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact Centerline Pickleball Club with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns must be received in their original, unopened condition before a refund or exchange is processed.
